These terms apply when you access or use Press Again, our games and account features.

1. Acceptance

By using Press Again, you agree to these Terms of Use and our applicable policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Press Again provides browser-based games and related features such as accounts, scores, favorites, history and game discovery. Features may be added, changed, suspended or removed over time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity performed through your account. Information you provide must be accurate enough for the account to function. You may not impersonate another person or create accounts for abusive or deceptive purposes.

4. Fair play and acceptable use

You may not use bots, scripts, automation, exploits, manipulated requests or other methods intended to falsify scores, game activity, traffic, ad impressions or interactions. You may not interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware or deliberately disrupt other users.

We may remove or disregard scores and activity that we reasonably believe are invalid, manipulated or abusive.

5. Advertising

Press Again may display advertising and may use supported ad formats around or within game experiences. You must never click or interact with advertisements for the purpose of artificially supporting Press Again, inflating advertising metrics or receiving an unauthorized benefit.

6. Intellectual property

Press Again, our branding, website design, original games, game assets and related content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except where expressly allowed, you may not copy, republish, sell, redistribute or commercially exploit our content without permission.

7. Third-party services

Some platform functions may rely on third-party services such as hosting, email delivery, analytics, consent management or advertising. Those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Press Again available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Games, scores, accounts or features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, security measures or updates.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Press Again is provided on an as-available basis. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, advertisers or our rights, including in cases of cheating, abuse, fraud, security threats or serious violations of these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without removing any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.
